Because your productivity is our business, Global Pre-Press Systems offers a variety of support agreements designed to minimize unexpected down-time and maximize equipment quality and reliability. We tailor our service programs to match your budget and production uptime requirements. Full Maintenance Agreement pricing includes Parts, Labor, and Travel for a one year term. Additionally, we offer customized agreements for Labor Only, Parts Only, or Preventive Maintenance Only support with Annual, Semi-Annual, Tri-Annual, and Quarterly payment options and Multi-unit discounts.

On-Site Service Commitment

We are committed to providing on-site service performed by our skilled factory trained service staff or approved independent contractors within the pre-agreed business hours of an incident notification. Our average response time to our on-site support agreement customers is within 8 to 12 business hours, depending on location. Special provisions can be made for same day or after normal hours on-site service.

Request for service or technical assistance may be placed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including holidays, via our toll free support line, (800) 339-0363 . Global Pre-Press Systems will make every effort to have a technician telephonically respond to your service request within 2 normal business hours.

Performance Guarantee
Should Global Pre-Press Systems fail to provide service in the time and manner provided or fails to perform any material provision, term or condition of an agreement, the customer may terminate the agreement and be entitled to a pro-rated refund of any advance payment.
