Labor Charges
PPM - $175.00/hour
*NON-PPM 1 - $247.50/hour
*NON-PPM 2 - $330.00/hour

2 hour minimum labor charge for calls over 100 Miles of a Service Centre
4 hour minimum labor charge for calls outside of PPM
Travel Charges
Within 250 Miles One Way of a Service Centre
PPM - $150.00/hour (one way)
*NON-PPM 1 - $187.50/hour (one way)
*NON-PPM 2 - $250.00/hour (one way)
Mileage @ $.505 portal to portal
Miscellaneous travel expenses, if applicable, will be billed at cost.

Maintenance Agreement Pricing includes Parts, Labor, and Travel for
one year. Payment options include Annual, Semi-Annual, Tri-Annual,
and Quarterly.
In addition to full parts & labor agreements listed at
the below prices, Global will customize agreements for Labor Only,
Parts Only, or Preventive Maintenance Only support to meet your budget
and production uptime requirements. Multi-unit discounts are available.

programs to match your support and budget requirements. The Global
Pre-Press Systems support programs are designed to minimize unexpected
down-time and maximize quality and reliability.

Many RIPS & imagesetters today are small
enough to ship back to us for repair. We provide depot repair,
not only on the RIPS & imagesetters, but on the control boards,
power supplies, motors and other parts that may go bad. If you
have purchased a replacement part or used your spare, call us to
find out if the bad part is repairable.

All our parts are refurbished / used parts that have been cleaned,
adjusted, and tested in working systems by our technicians.
All parts come with a 30 Day Warranty.
If you are purchasing key parts as spares, we recommend that
you immediately install the part, and use the original as your
hot spare. You will then know that our part exceeded your expectations,
and that you have a known good spare.
We do spare parts swapping on-site for our full service contract
customers. Too often we find that they have bad parts, or worse; they were sold the wrong part.
